KCOM Central app gets upgrade

New features to give customers more control

KCOM’s app has been updated with new features to give customers more control of their accounts, at any time of day.

Called KCOM Central, the app enables customers to do essential tasks such as checking their data usage, monitor bills and update contact and direct debit details while “on the go”.

The app, which has recently been updated to include new user-friendly features, also shows users their monthly data usage breakdown so they know how much they’re are streaming, surfing and downloading.

It is now available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Once downloaded, customers will be able to login to the app with their KCOM MyAccount username and password. If they can’t remember their password or need to register they can do this at kcomhome.com/account.
