Reopening Carr Lane shop after their temporary closure due to coronavirus
We are opening our Carr Lane shop and MyTech service desk after their temporary closure due to coronavirus.
They will reopen on Monday, 6 July, initially from 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, as the nationwide lockdown continues to ease.
As space within the shop is limited, only six customers will be allowed inside at any one time, allowing social distancing measures. Hand sanitising facilities will also be available inside.
To protect our staff and customers we are also asking customers to continue to shop alone, to only bring a child if they have to and to supervise them at all times.
Although our range of services will resume as normal, we are also asking customers to contact us online or by telephone wherever possible and to only visit the shop where absolutely necessary.
If you need technical help from the MyTech service desk within the shop, please book an appointment in advance to help us maintain social distancing.
Please note we will be unable to set up customers’ devices on their behalf at this time due to the risk of contamination. We can still offer PC health checks but please allow six working days for the return of your computer so we can quarantine the device for your safety.
