KCOM temporarily closes Carr Lane shop and My Tech service desk

KCOM has today temporarily closed its Carr Lane shop as part of its measures against Covid-19.

We have decided to take this step to support Covid-19 containment efforts and protect the health of our employees and customers.

We would like to reassure customers that our teams are still working hard to support customers and to respond to enquiries and we will reopen the shop as soon as it is safe to do so.

Customers requiring help can still contact KCOM by calling 01482 602555 to talk to our customer support team.

We are aware that our My Tech service desk, situated within the shop, is an important method of access to KCOM’s services for a minority of customers who may be vulnerable. Therefore we have set up a new separate contact number especially for vulnerable customers who can now contact us on 01482 602168.
