KCOM to make new year announcement on Facebook Live

Sean Royce, KCOM’s managing director, will be live on the social media channel at 6.30pm on Wednesday, 8 January, when he will announce future plans for the East Yorkshire-based IT and communications provider.

This will be the third Facebook Live KCOM has hosted, following two successful online events which were watched by thousands of people.

Sean said he was looking forward to talking directly to customers once again.

He said: “I’m delighted to be taking part in our next Facebook Live event.

“Our previous events have proved really popular and given customers the chance to talk to us directly and get answers to the questions they want to ask.

“At our last event we announced price cuts for our Lightstream broadband packages and this time we’ll be revealing more about our future plans, which should be very good news for the region as a whole.

“2019 has been a great year for KCOM in which we’ve won several major national and international awards for our Lightstream full fibre broadband network. This Facebook Live event will be an exciting way to start the new year with a big announcement. So, watch this space.”

As well as talking about KCOM’s future plans, Sean will also be taking questions from the public. As with previous Facebook Live events, no question will be off-limits. Customers can either pose their questions live on the night or pre-register them at www.kcomhome.com/campaigns/facebook-live/.
