Vote for Hull’s favourite Christmas film and song to win big prizes

Does It’s A Wonderful Life always reduce you to tears? Is Elf your Yuletide guilty pleasure?

Or maybe you prefer to spend December listening to Slade singing Merry Christmas Everybody or The Pogues belting out The Fairytale of New York?

This year KCOM wants you to help find Hull’s favourite festive movie and song as part of the launch of its new Hulltrafast packages.

And by voting in our big Christmas poll you could win a top-notch entertainment package to make this year’s celebrations go with a real swing.

First up we’re looking to find the city’s most loved Christmas song. Will it be Wizzard’s I Wish It Could be Christmas Every Day or Wham!’s Last Christmas? The choice is yours. One lucky voter will be picked to win a six-month Spotify subscription and a pair of Beats Solo 3 wireless earphones.

Voting for this is open from Friday, 7 December, to Sunday, 9 December.

Next up you’ll have a choice to vote for your favourite winter warmer movie – whether that’s Home Alone or Die Hard (and yes, that is a Christmas movie – we checked). Everyone taking part will be put into a draw to win a £50 Netflix gift card and 43ins Toshiba 4k Ultra HD Smart TV.

Voting for Hull’s favourite Christmas movie will run from Friday, 14 December, to Sunday, 16 December.
