Xscape Yorkshire

You’re guaranteed an adventure at Xscape Yorkshire. Packed with unique and fun activities as well as tons of places to eat and shop, the opportunities for excitement are endless.

At Xscape, you can choose from the likes of trampolining, skiing and snowboarding, bowling, laser tag and soft play. There’s even a cinema with an IMAX screen, so you can catch up on the latest blockbuster after a day of excitement. Xscape recommends pre-booking your activities to avoid disappointment, as it can get busy.

If you’re driving, Xscape offers easy parking, with an overflow car park just a stone's throw from the entrance. You can also get on the X62 bus from the Hull Paragon Interchange, which drops you off right there in the retail park.

Alpamare Waterpark

Opened in 2016, Alpamare Waterpark in Scarborough is a magical mix of adventure and pampering.

Attractions include some of Europe’s wettest and wildest waterslides, a rolling wave pool and child-friendly water playground, plus two heated outdoor pools that can be used all year round. There’s also an infinity pool, looking out to the gorgeous North Bay scenery.

A trip to Scarborough would not be complete without a visit to the best waterpark in the UK. It really does offer something for everyone, including a spa and wellness centre away from the rush and adrenaline of the outrageous slides.

Rock Up

Rock Up is a thrilling indoor climbing centre. With 26 multicoloured climbing walls for you to explore, a café that serves great coffee and fresh food, plus an indoor soft play area for children under 8, the fantastic facility provides a great adventure for family and friends alike.

Offering moving parts on the walls, speed climbs, inflatable climbs and lots more to enjoy, Rock Up was originally started by a group of new parents with a love for climbing and adventure. They were looking for a way to bring the outdoors inside and make climbing accessible to everyone, so that the whole family can get active and experience the fun of climbing on an indoor climbing wall, whatever the weather.
