From 1 November we are increasing the price of some of our older broadband packages. We are also increasing the pence per minute charges for calls made outside of call bolt-ons.
We’re writing to customers who are affected by the price changes to provide more details. If the price changes affect you and you wish to cancel your service because of them, you can do so. If you are still within your minimum contract term you won’t have to pay early termination charges, as long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving your letter.
Because the price changes we’re making to our broadband services only affect our older packages, this is a great opportunity to switch to one of our new Lightstream packages, which offer great value and may save you money.
