Our Mobile service is provided together with O2, so please allow up to 4 working days for any service changes. If taking a SIM only contract, devices need to be unlocked to O2’s network.
Handsets / SIMs may take up to 4 working days to arrive once all order processing is complete. Customers must call us to activate their mobile service once they have received their SIM.
There is a 14 day free cancellation period, which begins from the date after the Welcome Letter is received from KCOM. If service is not activated and the 14 day cancellation period has expired, the service charges and contract period will begin automatically.
